Return Policy
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from order receipt. All items must be undamaged and in the original condition for a full refund. There will be no refund on shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of item return, or the following business day.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to item returns. A minimum 10% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned from orders that used free shipping.
Please note: Boneyard items and Shop Specials are sold as-is. No refunds or exchanges will be given for Boneyard items or Shop Specials.
No returns on special order items, custom prints, custom cuts, or custom engraving.
Shipping Policy
We will attempt to ship all orders received before 3:00 PM EST on each business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped within 24 hours, or the following business day.
CKKPlastics.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. CKKPlastics.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but CKKPlastics.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
International Shipments & Customs
CKKPlastics.com is required to provide customs with an itemized list of all products we ship internationally along with the value of each item. We make every effort to be as accurate as possible in our description to minimize delays in getting your order to you.
Please do not ask us to falsify the shipping documents to save you on taxes in your country. While we understand your desire to save money, falsifying official records is a crime and we do not wish to involve our Company or our Customers in any illegal activities. As such, we will not create fake packing lists or reduce the values of our products on our customs forms.
Shipping Methods
Note: The USPS does not guarantee delivery times. Generally speaking, USPS Standard Post is a 7–10 day delivery time, USPS Priority Mail is a 3–5 day delivery time, USPS Express Mail is a 1–2 day delivery time, and USPS International Priority is from 7–14 days.
USPS Ground Advantage and First Class International are low cost options we are happy to offer for those that do not care when their package arrives. Please be aware that USPS Ground Advantage shipments are not subject to a guaranteed delivery time and First Class International mail is not traceable. USPS International First-Class shipments will provide you with a shipping confirmation number, but you cannot track the package with it; (it is just like putting stamps on an envelope). We cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged Ground Advantage or International First-Class packages.
Fed-Ex Smart Post and UPS Sure Post are hybrid shipping methods in which Fed-Ex or UPS gets the package from us to your local post office, and your local post office delivers to you. The delivery times are roughly the same as USPS Standard Post. We offer this as another cost saving option for our customers that are not concerned with delivery times. The Smart Post and Sure Post delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
UPS selections marked as (Saturday Delivery) are not guaranteed and may arrive on the next business day.
If you must have your package in a timely manner, we recommend using Fed-Ex Home Delivery or one of the carrier services or UPS Ground or express services.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes. Our international shipping rates are for shipping only and do not include any customs and duties or other taxes that your government may charge. If your package is returned or held by customs because you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, we will not refund you the value of your order or the cost of shipping.
International customers are responsible for understanding the import laws in their country. When you place an order to ship internationally, you are responsible for the package once we give it to the carrier you choose. If your customs agency refuses the package due to the import rules and laws in your country, you are responsible for the costs incurred with shipping the package back to us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any credit owed for the returned products. If the return cost is more than the value of the order, you will not receive a refund for the order or the shipping. Please check your local laws before ordering.
CKKPlastics.com’s “$89.00 Free Shipping” offer is shipped by our lowest cost method, which is usually the slowest method.
