HOLSTEX® Raptor Texture Sheets for Tool Trays and Guards
Shop HOLSTEX® Raptor texture sheet for thermoformed tool trays, protective cases, and equipment covers, along with kayak keel guards and cosplay armor. Sheets come in Chestnut, Brown, London Tan, and Armor Black, from a small 8in x 8in up to a full 2ft x 4ft, in .060, .080, or .093 gauge depending on color.
Because every Raptor sheet carries the Tactical texture on its other face, a formed keel guard, armor piece, or case has a clean textured finish inside and out. Heated to standard thermoforming temperatures, the sheet can be shaped on a press or vacuum forming setup, and once cooled the formed piece holds its shape, resists scratches, and keeps enough flex to stand up to everyday use.
Brown, offered in .080 gauge, gives paddling gear and other builds a warm earth tone that blends in naturally. The heavier .093 Chestnut sheet adds stiffness for pieces that see regular handling, like keel guards that take a beating, cosplay armor that has to hold its shape, and rugged equipment covers, cases, and trays.
