HOLSTEX® Tactical Texture Thermoform Sheet for Makers
Shop HOLSTEX® Tactical when a kayak keel guard, equipment cover or protective case should come out of the mold with rugged texture on both faces. Color choices for this thermoform sheet are a muted Flat Dark Earth, a subdued Foliage Green and the warm coyote tan of Killer Coyote.
With the texture on both sides of this HOLSTEX® thermoform sheet, a formed piece shows a finished surface from every angle. Makers and fabricators also shape it into cosplay armor and RC builds that need an even, consistent surface.
Tactical sheet suits vacuum and press forming setups, and a finished cover or case stays flexible and scratch-resistant in daily use. The self-adhesive mask on each face shields the texture through shipping and heating, and it should come off before the sheet goes onto the mold. Wrapped around the object you are forming over, the same mask protects that surface too, then peels away cleanly.
All three colors come in .060 gauge, and Flat Dark Earth and Killer Coyote are also offered in .080. Sheets top out at 2ft x 4ft and start at 8in x 12in, or at 1ft x 1ft for Foliage Green. If a keel guard or case pattern is an odd size, ask us to cut a sheet to match it.
