The 27 solid colors in this KYDEX® sheet line all carry our P1 haircell texture, which gives the show side an even, matte, scratch-resistant finish while the smooth back presses cleanly against your mold. Choices include Black, Blizzard White, Storm Gray, Coyote Brown, Olive Drab, Ranger Green, Hunter Orange, Blood Red, POLICE Blue, Purple Haze, Hot Pink, Tiffany Blue, Toxic Yellow, and Flat Dark Earth in Fall and Spring versions. Black also comes in the PC texture, and V103 is a cost-effective black practice grade for prototypes, test fits, jigs, and mock-ups.
Solid color KYDEX® forms at roughly 300°F to 375°F by press or vacuum forming, then holds its molded detail once cooled without shrinking or warping. Finished pieces stay lightweight and waterproof and clean up with mild soap and warm water. Every sheet in this line comes in .080 gauge and in 8in x 8in, 8in x 12in, 1ft x 1ft, 1ft x 2ft, and 2ft x 4ft sizes, with other thicknesses from .028 to .125 depending on the color and texture.
