Each EDC Wrap® sheet comes with adhesive-backed Cordura® cloth already bonded across the full outer surface of a .080 KYDEX® sheet base. The result is a cloth-faced thermoform sheet that arrives ready to heat and form. The .080 base adds rigidity while still shaping and holding its form well, and the cloth face lets finished cases, covers, and cosplay armor match existing clothing and gear.

The 15 camo patterns are four MULTICAM® styles (Original, Arid, Tropic, and Black), three Kryptek® patterns (Highlander, Typhon, and Obskura Nox), three A-TACS patterns (IX, Ghost, and U|CON), plus Nemesis® Woodlands Wolf, Mossy Oak® Bottomland, M81 Woodland, Desert Tiger Stripe, and Vietnam Tiger Stripe. Solid cloth comes in Black, Coyote Brown, Desert Tan, Olive Drab, and Ranger Green, each on a KYDEX® base of the same color. Twelve camo sheets use a Desert Tan base, A-TACS Ghost and Kryptek® Typhon use Battleship Gray, and MULTICAM® Black uses Storm Gray.

EDC Wrap® sheets form at roughly 300°F to 375°F. Because the cloth is already applied, you go straight to heating and press or vacuum forming, then trim the edges once the piece cools. Every sheet is 1ft x 1ft in .080 thickness, and we offer free cut-downs to help reduce waste and shipping costs. For help choosing a pattern or planning a project, contact our sales department.
