Liquid Metal KYDEX® sheet has a highly reflective P3 high-gloss (P3HG) finish that recreates the look of metals like brushed aluminum and warm bronze. Light moves across the surface as a formed piece turns, giving cosplay armor, RC bodies, and decorative panels a fluid, metallic effect. The seven colors are Aluminum, Bronze, Copper, Gold, Pewter, Platinum, and Rose-Gold.
Each Liquid Metal sheet is .080 gauge and comes in 8in x 8in, 8in x 12in, 1ft x 1ft, 1ft x 2ft, and 2ft x 4ft sizes. It forms at standard thermoforming temperatures, roughly 300°F to 375°F, so it fits easily into existing thermoforming work. Warm a Liquid Metal sheet until it turns pliable, press or vacuum form it over your mold, and trim the piece once it cools. The finished piece holds its molded detail and stays lightweight and waterproof.
