Shop leather-look HOLSTEX® Basketweave to give a formed equipment cover, kayak keel guard or cosplay armor piece a raised, woven face. Sheet comes in 18 colors, including Hunter Orange, Tiffany Blue, Storm Gray and Blizzard White, across .080 through .125 gauge and five sizes up to 2ft x 4ft.
Basketweave adds a traditional textured option to our HOLSTEX® thermoform sheet range. The weave is a true 3D texture on the front face over a smooth back, and because it is raised rather than printed, its detail stays sharp through heating and forming. Fabricators and hobbyists pick it for RC builds, protective cases and other work where a distinctive textured finish suits the piece.
Once heated, Basketweave goes over the mold in a forming press or on a vacuum table. A keel guard or armor piece formed from it cools into a light, tough shape that resists scratches and fading, and the forming instructions packed with every order cover each step.
Gauge depends on the color, with Armor Black and Battleship Gray offered in .080, .093 and .125 and Blizzard White in .085. Write to us with the length and width of your piece, and we will cut Basketweave to that size.
