Earth Terrain™ infused sheets carry natural terrain color schemes such as Great Plains, Gobi, Caribbean, and Arctic Circle, designed by Dillon Dean for the Cedar Grove Outdoors™ series, digitally infused into the top layer of a thermoform sheet. Because the graphic is thermally bonded into the surface rather than applied as a film, the sheet keeps its original texture and size, and the pattern shows real depth and holds its detail through heating and forming.
That makes it a patterned stock for kayak keel guards, RC parts, cosplay armor, protective covers, and cases where the pattern needs to blend into the field. It is also widely used for holsters and knife sheaths.
The graphic is infused into standard KYDEX® with a cell/smooth finish, which forms at standard thermoforming temperatures by press or vacuum forming and holds its shape once cooled.
Earth Terrain™ sheets are available in .080 gauge as a 1ft x 1ft or 1ft x 2ft sheet, and CKK Plastics can cut sheet down to the size you need. Select your pattern and size from the options above.
