Reaper Black™ infused sheets carry a dense pattern of detailed black skulls over a range of base colors, digitally infused into the top layer of a thermoform sheet. Because the graphic is thermally bonded into the surface rather than applied as a film, the sheet keeps its original texture and size, and the pattern shows real depth and holds its detail through heating and forming.
That makes it a patterned stock for kayak keel guards, RC parts, cosplay armor, protective covers, and cases where a bold graphic finish makes the piece. It is also widely used for holsters and knife sheaths.
The pattern is offered on clear HOLSTEX® Ghost, which sets the graphic on a transparent base or standard KYDEX® with a cell/smooth finish. Every base heats and forms the same way, so the choice comes down to the texture and look you want.
Reaper Black™ sheets are available in .080 gauge as a 1ft x 1ft or 1ft x 2ft sheet, and CKK Plastics can cut sheet down to the size you need. Select your color, base material, and size from the options above.
