Tegris® in Coyote Brown is a thermoplastic composite sheet built for heavy-duty work, finished in a warm coyote brown. It is pressed into flat panels or compression molded into shapes, and it gives formed parts real stiffness and impact resistance at a lighter weight than traditional thermoplastics and composites.
That combination makes it a strong fit for kayak keel guards, RC parts, cosplay armor, protective panels, skid plates, and hard cases, anywhere a part has to take hits without adding bulk. It keeps its impact resistance down to -40°C, resists water, and is also used for knife sheaths, holsters, and other heavy-duty gear.
Tegris® is easy to cut and handle, and it bonds well with other layers and materials with minimal wear on tools and machines. The layer count sets the thickness and rigidity of the sheet, from the thin, flexible 6 layer up to the thick, stiff 12 layer.
Coyote Brown is available in 6 layer (.030in) or 12 layer (.060in) in sheet sizes from 8in x 12in up to 2ft x 4ft, and CKK Plastics can cut sheet down to the size you need. Select your layers and size from the options above.
