KYDEX® V103 is a black, practice-grade thermoform sheet made from reground excess and overages of standard KYDEX® production runs, which is why it only comes in black. It is not the same grade as KYDEX® T and is not meant for production holsters, but it earns its place in the shop as a cost-effective material for everything short of the final part.
Use it for prototypes, test fits, forming practice, jigs, and mock-ups of kayak keel guards, RC parts, and cosplay armor before you commit good sheet to the job.
V103 thermoforms in the same 300°F to 375°F range as regular KYDEX® T sheet, so what you learn on it carries straight over to production material.
V103 is available in .060 and .080 gauge in sheet sizes from 8in x 8in up to 2ft x 4ft, and CKK Plastics can cut sheet down to the size you need. Select your gauge and size from the options above.

Don’t need a whole sheet? You can have KYDEX® Sheet - (Black) - (V103 Grade) cut down to the size you need. Enter your dimensions in the cut tool and it’ll show how many pieces you’ll get from a sheet, draw the layout, and add the order to your cart. You waste less material, and you’re not paying to ship a full sheet.
Look for the “Custom Cut Available – Click Here” button in the product options above. It appears as soon as you choose a qualifying sheet size.
