KYDEX® Vapor in Desert Glass is a semi-translucent thermoform sheet with a haircell finish and a warm, sand-colored tint. Light passes through the formed part, so whatever sits behind or inside it stays visible.
It suits light-through covers and guards, display and view panels, RC parts, and cosplay armor accents, as well as holsters and sheaths that show off what they carry.
Vapor works very much like standard solid-color KYDEX®, molding and forming within the same temperature range, and it feels the same in texture and flexibility. It can be formed into items of almost any size or shape; just keep in mind that the material is see-through.
Desert Glass is available in .080 gauge in sheet sizes from 8in x 8in up to 2ft x 4ft, and CKK Plastics can cut sheet down to the size you need. Select your size from the options above.

You waste less material, and you’re not paying to ship a full sheet.
