These Christmas Infused Sheets feature festive holiday patterns applied to thermoform sheet with our digital infusion process, which thermally bonds the graphic to the top layer of the sheet while maintaining the original texture, depth, and dimensional size. By preserving the original texture, the infusion displays a 3D depth like never before. Each sheet is .080 gauge with a cell/smooth finish, ideal for custom sheaths, holsters, and seasonal gear.
Choosing Your Material:
KYDEX® is the standard thermoform sheet with a cell/smooth finish and the durability and formability KYDEX® is known for. KYDEX® Liquid Metal (KYDEX® 110 Liquid Metal) is a highly reflective, metallic-look sheet that gives your finished piece a bright, mirror-like appearance while forming the same way as standard KYDEX®. Choose standard KYDEX® for a classic finish or Liquid Metal for a reflective, eye-catching look.

Don’t need a whole sheet? You can have KYDEX® Sheet - Infused - Christmas cut down to the size you need. You waste less material, and you’re not paying to ship a full sheet.
