Substrate® infused sheets carry the licensed Substrate® camo family across the Sniper, Soldier, Stalker, Street, Subdued, Tactical, and Winter series, digitally infused into the top layer of a thermoform sheet. Because the graphic is thermally bonded into the surface rather than applied as a film, the sheet keeps its original texture and size, and the pattern shows real depth and holds its detail through heating and forming.
That makes it a patterned stock for kayak keel guards, RC parts, cosplay armor, protective covers, and cases where the pattern needs to blend into the field. It is also widely used for holsters and knife sheaths.
The pattern is offered on HOLSTEX® Basketweave, which puts a deep 3D basketweave texture under the graphic or standard KYDEX® with a cell/smooth finish. Every base heats and forms the same way, so the choice comes down to the texture and look you want.
Substrate® sheets are available in .080 gauge as a 1ft x 1ft or 1ft x 2ft sheet, and CKK Plastics can cut sheet down to the size you need. Select your pattern, base material, and size from the options above.
