HexCam® infused sheets carry high-definition 3D HexCam® camo such as Wasteland, Specter, Blue Ridge, and Kenai, in standard and Micro scales, digitally infused into the top layer of a thermoform sheet. Because the graphic is thermally bonded into the surface rather than applied as a film, the sheet keeps its original texture and size, and the pattern shows real depth and holds its detail through heating and forming.
That makes it a patterned stock for kayak keel guards, RC parts, cosplay armor, protective covers, and cases where the pattern needs to blend into the field. It is also widely used for holsters and knife sheaths.
The pattern is offered on HOLSTEX® Basketweave, which puts a deep 3D basketweave texture under the graphic, clear HOLSTEX® Ghost, which sets the graphic on a transparent base, standard KYDEX® with a cell/smooth finish, or semi-translucent KYDEX® Vapor. Every base heats and forms the same way, so the choice comes down to the texture and look you want.
HexCam® sheets are available in .080 gauge in sheet sizes from 8in x 12in up to 1ft x 2ft, and CKK Plastics can cut sheet down to the size you need. Select your pattern, base material, and size from the options above.
