Woodgrain infused sheets carry realistic weathered wood and timber grain designs, digitally infused into the top layer of a thermoform sheet. Because the graphic is thermally bonded into the surface rather than applied as a film, the sheet keeps its original texture and size, and the pattern shows real depth and holds its detail through heating and forming.
That makes it a patterned stock for kayak keel guards, RC parts, cosplay armor, protective covers, and cases where a bold graphic finish makes the piece. It is also widely used for holsters and knife sheaths.
The graphic is infused into KYDEX® with a cell/smooth finish, which forms at standard thermoforming temperatures by press or vacuum forming and holds its shape once cooled.
Woodgrain sheets are available in .080 gauge as an 11.5in x 11.5in or 12in x 23in sheet, and CKK Plastics can cut sheet down to the size you need. Select your pattern and size from the options above.
