HOLSTEX® Raptor in Brown brings a warm, earth-tone finish to heat-formed parts. Like every HOLSTEX® Raptor sheet, it has the Raptor texture on one face and the Tactical texture on the other, so finished parts look textured and finished from every angle.
Paddlers, hobbyists, and fabricators use it for kayak keel guards, RC parts, cosplay armor, equipment covers, and protective cases, where the brown finish blends in more naturally than black. It is also widely used for holsters and knife sheaths.
HOLSTEX® forms at standard thermoforming temperatures and works with both press and vacuum forming setups, handling much like KYDEX® and BOLTARON®. Once cooled, it holds its shape well, resists scratching, and keeps a degree of flexibility that helps finished parts stand up to everyday use.
Each sheet arrives with a protective mask pre-applied to both faces to guard the texture during shipping, cutting, and handling. We recommend removing the mask before forming.
Brown is available in .080 gauge, in sheet sizes from 8in x 8in up to 2ft x 4ft. Select your gauge and size from the options above.
