HOLSTEX® Raptor in London Tan is a light, sand-toned thermoform sheet for projects where a lighter finish suits the application. The Raptor texture is on one face and the Tactical texture on the other, so finished parts show a textured finish from any angle.
It is a practical choice for kayak keel guards, RC parts, cosplay armor, equipment covers, and protective cases that call for a lighter color. It is also widely used for holsters and knife sheaths.
HOLSTEX® forms at standard thermoforming temperatures and works with both press and vacuum forming setups, handling much like KYDEX® and BOLTARON®. Once cooled, it holds its shape well, resists scratching, and keeps a degree of flexibility that helps finished parts stand up to everyday use.
Each sheet arrives with a protective mask pre-applied to both faces to guard the texture during shipping, cutting, and handling. We recommend removing the mask before forming.
London Tan is available in .080 gauge, in sheet sizes from 8in x 8in up to 2ft x 4ft. Select your gauge and size from the options above.
